Reducing paperwork is also an asset to the environment. By transferring paper into electronic documents, tons of paper can be recycled. For every ton that is recycled between 17 and 31 trees are saved, 10,401 kilowatt hours are conserved, 7,000 gallons of water are maintained and 3.3 cubic yards of landfill space is preserved.* Documents may also be viewed via computer screens eliminating copies from being produced.
